The Revenue (Reduction of Business Registration Fees) Order 2013 of Hong Kong will expire on 31 March, 2014. Therefore, the Business Registration Fee and levy will be revised from existing HK$250 to HK$2,250 with effect from 1 April, 2014. As application for company incorporation in Hong Kong is simultaneously deemed as application for business registration, it is recommended that applicants should submit the application for company incorporation as soon as possible before expiry of fee exemption.
